Josephine has an integrative holistic approach to health and Fitness. She incorporates body, mind and spirit into her programs. She utilizes, mindset, visualization, affirmations, goal setting, meditation and breath work. As Well as Bio Individual Nutrition PRograms,and customized Fitness Plans. It’s a whole systems approach to make sure fitness becomes a habit.

When you incorporate all aSpects of yourself(Physical, Mental, Spiritual)- exercise and balanced nutrition becomes a way of life, not just a short term diet Plan. If you are sick of yo yo dieting or starting and stopping any of the fitness or diet fads, you’ve come to the right place.

Utilizing mindset work alone can reap so many benefits but combine that with customized nutrition coaching,and a custom workout routine you can be unstoppable!

Josephine focuses on functional training for everyday life as well as building strength and burning fat. She utilizes various disciplines, such as HIIT, Circuit, and Strength Training. She tailors each workout individually for personalized success. She has worked with a diverse set of clientele from athletes and celebrities, to Pre and Post Natal Moms-Males and Females Ages16-82.

Josephine is an NCSF and NCEP Certified Personal Trainer and Pre and Post Natal Exercise Specialist. She is also a Certified Sports Nutritionist. She is an AFAA Certified Group Fitness Instructor. Other Certifications include TRX, Kettlebell, Bosu Ball, Circuit Training, Cycling, Mat Pilates, and Aqua Aerobics. She has worked at various Studios around LA from Santa Monica to Pasadena. She currently teaches group Fitness at Lakeside Country Club in Toluca Lake as well as Various Corporate Gyms around LA.  Josephine has been featured in over 100 online workout videos for companies such as Beach Body, Gymra, Bold Fitness, and Biggest Loser’s 20 minute.
